Blips Mittens

The idea behind this design was simple. Start with Lorna's Laces yarn in the Liberty colorway, and matching yarn in the Natural colorway. Knit most rounds in Natural, but every now and then throw in a round of Liberty, to sprinkle bits of red and blue around the mitten randomly. Highlight the random color splashes by purling them, and voila! Each mitten is one of a kind.

Peasant thumb openings and round hand shaping keep the knitting simple.
